When is my delivery/pick-up time?
Delivery is between 8-12pm and pick up is between 7-10pm. Depending on the location of other deliveries and the set-ups and tear-downs of inflatables, we will arrive sort of like a cable company works. Therefore times cannot be chosen. We can work with you to try and arrive as early as possible if your party starts early in the morning but there are no guarantees. Routes are planned 1 day before your rental and we can get some what of an idea of possible arrival time. Thank you and I am looking forward to setting up for you.
Is there a delivery fee added to my order?
Most rentals have delivery fees. Unless you are pretty close by. Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address for the inflatables you rent. Since we have to drive there and back twice (delivery, coming back home, pick up, coming back home) we calculate the total mileage for 4 trips. We then multiply the mileage by a standard rate of .85 per mile. The end calculation is your delivery fee that gets added to the rental cost to cover our gas charges and vehicle maintenance to be able to rent our equipment to you.
How does renting a water inflatable work?
Water Inflatables now require a debit/credit card to be on file. The card must be in the name of the person who is signing the contract. Rental cars require a deposit to rent a car, this is similar to what they ask for. We work hard to keep our inflatables clean for you and want to make sure they are great for the next customer. Having the card on file will be just in case we need to charge a cleaning fee if the inflatable is not returned back clean or in good condition. Tannin Stains will need to be removed with a special cleaner if they are present. (Yellow stains from well water. Some city water also can contain rust from pipes that can cause tannin stains.) We cannot accept PayPal or any other similar payment for these fees. The fee will only be charged if the inflatable(s) need cleaned. Please be sure to clean the inflatables before we pick up to avoid these fees being charged. Drain any water and wipe away any mud, dirt, grass, tannin stains ect. WATER SHUT OFF is at 6pm. This is to make sure the inflatable has some time to dry out before pick up. You can still use the inflatable after the water is shut off, but you will need to allow yourself enough time to ensure that the inflatable is clean. If you don't think you will be able to clean it in time for pick up or want to rent it overnight, you can purchase an over-night fee to have it picked up the following morning. It will still need to be clean and ready for us though. (It should look similar to how we dropped it off.)
How do I know if an inflatable is available on the day I want to rent?

When I rent an inflatable is it for 24 hours?
No, when you rent an inflatable from us it is for the day. Which means it is not for 24 hours. We must have the inflatables ready for the next customer if they are being rented out the following day. Delivery is between 8-12pm and pick up is between 7-10pm the SAME DAY. There are discounted weekend packages you can purchase if you want the inflatable longer or even an overnight fee to have the inflatable(s) picked up the following morning.
What do I need to do to be ready for the rental?
Before our arrival to set-up, we will need room to drive a truck/trailer to the area of installation. Or room to be able to park nearby for drop off and pick up. Please make sure all pets are put away and droppings are picked up. We want to keep our inflatables clean so you and everyone else can enjoy them. Any sticks or debree that could puncture or get sucked in by the blower motor (leaves) should be picked up and taken care of. The person responsible for signing the Liability Contract (Payee) should be present when we arrive to sign and go over the Contract together. The Contract is also your receipt of payment. We will need to know the closest electrical outlet to area of installation for the Blower(s). Some set-ups may need 2 or more separate outlets for each blower on different circuits as they pull about 7-8 Amps each. If you are renting any water inflatables, please have your water hose ready and out to the area of installation. I would recommend getting a squirt nozzle for the Combos so you and the kids can control the water. Too much water can cause a muddy mess that will lead to a difficult pick-up for us and possibly even a cleaning fee to be charged if the Inflatable is really dirty/muddy. We drop off the Inflatables clean for you and would like them back in the same conditon. The only Inflatables with Sprinkler Systems installed in them are the Slip n Slides. Water can be turned on and off from your hose connection to control water flow. We appreciate every customers efforts and business. Thank you!
How do I clean the inflatable for when you return for pick up?
Water Inflatables: Using simple green/water or just wiping clean with a towel works well. Our main thing is trying to dry the inflatable off, so it is easier to roll up and load onto the trailer. Also, any mud/dirt can be sprayed off with a hose and wiped away clean. There isn't much you can do about the bottom side of the inflatable since it is staked down and we understand that. Keep the inflatable staked down for safety and we will take care of the bottom. If there are any tannin stains, you may need to use a special cleaner to take care of the yellow stains. Bar Keepers friend spray or CLR multi-use lime away spray works well for those stains. If you don't have those then extra muscle will be required to work out the stains when scrubbing. Drain the pool as much as you can and wipe away any excess water/grass/dirt/mud left behind. Stepping on the edge of the pool while it is deflating will help get the most water out fast. Dry Inflatables: Just wipe clean with simple green/water. The floors are the main concern as all jumpers use their feet to go inside and play. If it has rained, you can just wipe the inflatable down dry.
What if I am unable to be there when you deliver?
Upon Delivery if you are not available (Dont answer the door/phone or not home) or unable to sign the contract, we will have to leave to be able to serve our other customers. Your rental will also be forfeited and there will be no refunds. We did what we could on our end. It is not fair to other customers to be waiting around if you aren't home and ready for your scheduled delivery. So please be ready so we can set up your exciting memorable parties! We can however have you sign the contract ahead of time so that is done and then if you want us to set up somewhere specific, that will need to be established with lots of details so we can make sure it is set up for you correctly. Another person can guide us to the installation area if need be. Once installed the inflatables cannot be moved so be sure it is where you want it.
